PRINCETON, N.J. — On 29 May 2026, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) went live with CivitTWIN, India's first AI-powered building approval platform. CivitTWIN was built by SoftTech Engineers Ltd and is powered by Yavi®, the multi-agent AI platform from Nimbusnext.
