We build AI that turns structured and unstructured enterprise data into decisions.

Our story

Nimbusnext was founded in February 2023 in Princeton, New Jersey, by technologists who spent decades building enterprise systems. We saw that the hardest business problems sit inside documents and data, and that most AI tools stop at search. We built Yavi to go further: to understand that information, orchestrate agents around it, and deliver answers teams can act on.

Today Nimbusnext operates two product lines. Yavi.ai serves engineering teams and builders. Yavi.legal serves the legal industry. Both run on the same Yavi platform, which works with diverse large language models, vector databases and graph databases, and deploys on Microsoft Azure, any major hyperscaler or on-premise.

Swarraj Kulkarni

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Swarraj founded Nimbusnext to make enterprise AI practical for real business applications. Over 30+ years, he led Cognizant's North American banking technology and architecture office of 130+ architects and, as CTO of MediaAgility, steered its acquisition by Persistent Systems. He is an electronics engineer from Walchand College of Engineering and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta's Senior Management Program.

Chief Architect

Rohit shapes the architecture behind the Yavi platform. He brings nearly 30 years of enterprise engineering, most recently as Lead Engineer at Deutsche Bank, with senior architect roles at Sungard Energy Systems, Cognizant and TIBCO. He holds a B.E. from Pune University.

Malhar architects and builds Yavi's production generative AI and agentic systems, spanning RAG, multi-tenant SaaS, Kubernetes and Azure. He pairs architecture with hands-on engineering to make AI scalable, secure and reliable. He previously worked as a cloud engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and holds a B.E. from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune.
