Our principles

Responsible AI

AI should make people better at their work. It should not take their place.

Where we stand

We see AI as a tool for productivity, quality and efficiency. We do not see it as a replacement for people.

The debate about AI and work is usually framed as people against machines. We think that is the wrong frame. Much of knowledge work is slowed down by searching, reading, comparing and checking, and AI is very good at those things. It has no judgment of its own, no stake in the outcome and no accountability for the result. Those belong to people, and they should stay there.

What AI is for

Productivity

Hand AI the hours spent finding, reading and comparing documents, and give that time back to the work that needs a person.

Quality

AI reads every page the same way, at any hour. People start from a thorough first pass and spend their attention on the calls that matter.

Efficiency

Less rework, fewer handoffs and faster answers, so an organization can take on more with the expertise it already has.

What we believe

  1. Judge AI by the work, not the headcount.

The right question is what your people can now do that they could not do before. Better work is the goal, and it is the measure we hold ourselves to.

  2. Accountability does not transfer.

An agent can draft, compare and recommend. It cannot answer for the result. A person owns every decision that matters, and no model changes that.

  3. AI will be wrong, so build for it.

Models make mistakes, and they make them confidently. An answer you cannot trace to its source is an answer you should not rely on.

  4. Expertise has to keep growing.

People learn a profession by doing its early work. As AI takes on the first pass, organizations must teach judgment on purpose, or they will run out of the experts they depend on.

  5. Be honest about change.

Roles will shift and some tasks will go away. We won't pretend otherwise. We believe the best use of this technology is to raise what people can do, and that is what we choose to build.

How this shows up in Yavi

Human in the loop

Yavi is built so that people review and approve what agents do.

Source citation

Answers cite their source documents, so anyone can check them.

Audit logs

User and system activity is logged, so work can be reviewed afterwards.

Your data stays yours

Customers control access to their data, and Nimbusnext never uses customer data to train any large language model.

See Trust & Security for how we protect customer data.

See AI that keeps people in charge

Watch Yavi cite its sources and leave the final call to your team.
