If you book a demo through the scheduler on our Contact page, the details you enter, such as your name, email address and chosen time, are collected by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and shared with us to arrange the meeting.

This notice does not cover content that customers process in Yavi.ai or Yavi.legal. Nimbusnext never uses customer data to train any large language model. See Trust & Security for how customer data is handled.

How we use information

The details you furnish about yourself through our contact form are utilized solely to respond to your request. We do not disclose this information to external parties, except as required to complete the specified process, such as the email service provider that delivers your message to us or the scheduling provider that books your demo. We do not sell your personal information. We employ return email addresses exclusively for responding to received emails. These addresses remain dedicated to this purpose and are not disclosed to external parties.

We ensure that personally identifiable information submitted to us online is never utilized or disclosed for purposes other than those explicitly mentioned above. We always offer you the option to opt-out or prevent such unrelated uses.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us for 3 years, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Where information is processed

Nimbusnext operates in the United States and India and does not currently operate in the European Union. If you contact us from outside these countries, your information may be processed in either country.
