Nimbusnext Launches Yavi Contract Intelligence: AI That Quantifies Contract Risk and Helps Resolve It

Built for commercial real estate and legal teams, with a defensible audit trail on every decision.

PRINCETON, N.J. — Nimbusnext announced the launch of Yavi Contract Intelligence, an AI-native contract review platform that scores every clause, quantifies exposure in dollars, and helps lawyers resolve risk with playbook-based redlines.

Most contract AI flags risk and stops there. Yavi goes further. Each flag cites the section or statute behind it, so lawyers can verify in seconds. Staged one-click redlines follow the team's playbook, and a signed audit trail records who did what and when. The lawyer always makes the final call.

Yavi launches with a focus on commercial real estate, covering leases, PSAs, loan agreements, operating agreements, closing and estoppel documents, and construction and vendor contracts. State playbooks cover Texas, California, New York, Florida and Illinois. The platform also supports tech and commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs and NDAs.

“Speed you can't defend isn't speed,” said Swarraj Kulkarni, CEO of Nimbusnext. “Legal teams need to know what a clause will cost and be able to show how it was reviewed. AI does the reading. Your lawyers do the thinking.”

Yavi runs on Microsoft Azure with role-based access, never trains models on customer documents, and offers US and India data residency. It is available today, with a free tier of five agreements and no credit card required. CRE plans start at $99 per month.
